Our Managing Director Gemma spent over a decade in the retail sector predominantly in store operational management & performance improvement before moving into an expansion & strategic planning capacity for a leading retailer.
As the story goes, Gemma experienced a number of challenges herself when it came to sourcing valuably talented individuals. He experience with recruiters wasn't great so much so that she formed a partnership with a fellow entrepreneur to develop a successful practice. Once the business was truly off the ground, she turned her attention to the formation of her own retail centric, search & selection practice & the Retail Management Group was born!
